Today I have finished quilting two quilts for a friend on my quilt frame now I have to get the binding and completely finish it off. I did not make the quilt tops, they were made by her boyfriends' grandmother. It was a very simple block, Churn Dash, and she had pieced them all by hand. I have had the tops since April of 2010 so needless to say these are long overdue but they are almost completed and my goal was to get these done by the end of this month, so here they are almost done and ready for use. I hope she likes what I've done.
After these are done I have another quilt top that I have completed for my son. It is the bug jar quilt except instead of several bug jars we made it one big jar with lots of different bugs in it. That's what he wanted to I invented it and voila, he loved it. That will be the next one I put on the frame after I clean and oil the machine.
Well I guess that is all for now so I will sign off and get some sleep so that I can start again in the morning.
